The Eastern Mandarin Hotel Company, based in Hong Kong, presents its first residential project in Los Angeles (USA) focused on the high ‘standing’ client.Mandarin Oriental Residences will consist of a building with 54 luxury apartments, where their guests will be the owners, but will live with all the luxuries of a five -star hotel.

The project plans to be completed in mid -2022 in 9200 Wilshire, in Beverly Hills.The building will be seven plants with 30,000 m2.The prices range from an apartment of a bedroom and two bathrooms of 112 m2 for 3.6 million dollars, about 3 million euros, up to 40 million dollars for the attic, about 34 million euros, with their own lobby,elevator, garage and own staff.

In parallel to the Beverly Hills building, Mandarin lifts another luxury housing building in 685 Fifth Avenue.

Some of the homes will come furnished, but others can be designed in collaboration with customers."We are creating is a stress -free lifestyle, in which they will attend to you whether you spend three days a month and 30," says Todd Ruff, residential director of the Mandarin Eastern Hotel Group for the USA.
