IGAC and Cortolima captured officials would have favored Constructora in Luxury Condominium in Carmen de Apicalá

Prosecutor 27 of the Crime Unit with the Public Administration announced this Thursday details regarding the capture of the 24 unionized people to commit bribery, falsification of documents, among other crimes, which threaten the environment.

The accusing entity revealed how Cortolima officials, Fernando José Alcántara and Óscar Fernando Cardoso Osuna, would have requested irregular payments to the construction company El Poblado to advise it in obtaining environmental permits to make the construction of the Villa del Mar condominium, located in the sidewalk, located in the sidewalkEl Brazil, municipality of Carmen de Apicalá.

According to the Prosecutor's Office, Alcántara and Cardoso were contacted by Luis Carlos Guevara (who in his status as a contractor and official of the IGAC) would have coordinated all the criminal act for having contacts inside Cortolima.
