Salesforce data reveal that global digital sales exceeded billion dollars during the Christmas season of 2021

SAN FRANCISCO.- Salesforce, the world leader in CRM, has recently published its 2021 Christmas purchas(including 24 of the 30 main online retailers in the United States).

Although the Cyber Week registered moderate digital growth in 2021, the increases in early November and late December helped retailers to beat new sales records.Consumers spent 1.14 billion dollars online worldwide and 257,000 million dollars in the US, compared to 1.1 billion dollars and 236,000 million dollars in 2020.
