The Profeco points out that "the Public Registry of Employment Houses (RPCE), aimsIt is a “unique and non -transferable record for each pawn house”, that is, for each corporate branch, and only those registered in the RCPE, will have complied with the provisions of the Federal Law on Consumer Protection.
