They arrest a woman who would have stolen jewelry while cleaning a house
The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) released the arrest of a woman who allegedly stole jewelry and other items while working cleaning houses.
The investigation revealed that Beryl Elizabeth Pippert, 48, had stolen jewelry from the victim that she had hired Pippert to clean the victim's home.
Pippert was arrested without incident on January 14, and further investigation revealed an item stolen from another victim who had employed Pippert's services.

Detectives located additional items suspected of being stolen from other unknown victims.
CSPD believes there may be additional victims who are unaware that items are missing or have not reported the thefts. If a victim employed Beryl Pippert and is missing items, please contact the Colorado Springs Police Department by email at: CSPDReturnedProperty@coloradosprings.gov.
In the email, please include her name and contact information, a case report number, if any, a list of missing items, and a period of time Mrs. Pippert was employed. Detectives will follow up as soon as they're available.
