We are not referring to the posture, but to the clothes they use for it. And of all the possibilities, underwear is what raises the most questions. It will be because of the connotations of intimacy that it has or because it normally remains hidden from view. Of course, certain precautions will have to be taken to avoid fungi, unnecessary infections or circulation problems. Use those loose and natural fibers to promote blood flow and perspiration. And, above all, if you go to sleep with socks, make sure they are freshly clean. Don't even think about it, we repeat, don't even think about getting into bed with the ones you've been wearing all day, they're a field of dirt.

Underpants

According to the experts, it is convenient to sleep without underpants to favor the ventilation of the genital area during the night (which does not imply sleeping without pajamas, we leave this to everyone's taste). In this way, we will avoid irritations and the proliferation of fungi due to sweating, since they grow in warm and humid conditions.

Loose clothes will once again be your best sleep companions. Oh, and if you sleep with someone and your companion sleeps in the same way, that is, without underwear (and without pajamas), get ready for a shot of oxytocin, also known as the hormone of love. This substance is produced by skin-to-skin contact and, in addition to strengthening the immune system, helps reduce blood pressure.
