The National Police detains a man in Elche after recording a girl with a phone in the changing rooms of a clothing store
The National Police have arrested a 36-year-old Spanish man in Elche who was inside a changing room of a clothing store , photographed with his mobile phone from under the curtain a girl who was in the fitting room next door, when she was half-naked.
As reported this Sunday by the National Police, the events occurred in a business located in a local shopping center when two friends entered the fitting rooms to try on clothes. When one of them was half-naked, she realized that someone was taking photos of her or recording her, when she saw a cell phone that was peeking out from under the changing room curtain.
The victim got nervous and began to call attention to the now detainee, who was in the next fitting room, getting him to leave the place, although it was impossible to hold him and he left the place in a hurry. The woman sought help from the mall's security services, providing a detailed description of the man.
The complaint was filed by the victim immediately, it was then when the agents of the National Police in Elche began with the investigations and focused their efforts around the recordings of the shopping center, the author being captured by these, in addition to his vehicle .
After being identified, he was recognized by the victim and the witness, who then proceeded to arrest him, accused of a crime against privacy.
